Using this store
By placing an order with Aura Beauty Co. LLC you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and already include any advertised sale discount. Promotional codes such as AURA2 and AURA3 apply only when the bag meets the stated quantity. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we will refund you in full if that happens.
Shipping
Standard shipping is $6.95 and arrives in 3–5 business days; Express shipping is $14.95 and arrives in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders containing items from more than one vendor may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons, opened lash, lip and complexion products can only be returned if faulty. Email us to start a return.
Reviews and uploads
When you post a review or photo you confirm the content is your own and give us permission to display it on the product page. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or not about the product.
