Shipping rates
Standard shipping $6.95, arriving in 3–5 business days, and free on orders over $75. Express shipping $14.95, arriving in 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day ship the same day.
Tracking and split shipments
Some sets ship from different vendors, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Each shipment gets its own tracking number, visible in your account.
Returns and exchanges
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Opened lash, lip and complexion products can only be returned if faulty. Email us with your order number to start a return.
Discounts
Every sale price on the site already includes the advertised discount — no code needed. Add 2 items and use AURA2 for an extra 10% off, or add 3 items and use AURA3 for 15% off plus your lowest-priced item free.
